The covers in the original binding were in very poor condition and I recased the textblock in a calf leather binding with simple blind tooling on the spine and covers. I made two leather labels with gold stamping for the spine.

I disbound and washed the textblock, and mended tears throughout. Its original spine was missing, so I made a new spine piece and reattached the covers.
